| Leigh Smart |
Leigh Smart is Group Chairman & CEO of The Davis Group, one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the country, specialising in the haulage and transport industry.
He has always been a fan of, and has owned, fast road going cars (BMW M5/Porsche/Audi RS6/Aston Martin Vanquish, another M5 and his current charge - a DB9) and he now wants to be as quick on a race track. Currently living in Dullingham, just outside Newmarket, Leigh is the proud father of his three daughters.

| Kevin Hancock |
Kevin is Group Managing Director of The Davis Group. The plan to start a racing team came about during a long lunch with Leigh. Kevin lives near Newmarket and has two children. Well-known as a heavy (and noisy) sleeper, Kevin proved this by sleeping through much of the night at the inaugural Britcar 24 Hours! However, Andy & Leigh have kept up the good work during more recent televised appearances.
The British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) is the UK’s leading independent insurance trade association. Kevin was Regional Chairman of BIBA for 3 years, representing the interests of more than 170 broking businesses throughout East Anglia.
Kevin has also had 3 years as Chairman of the Newmarket Business Association, Newmarket’s leading business development and networking association. NBA represents more than 100 outstanding local business organisations.
Kevin was voted Newmarket Business Personality of the Year by the Newmarket Business Association in 2006.
Kevin is also an Honorary Commander at the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath!

| Andy Hancock |
Andy is the Team Manager (and part time chef) for Jemco Racing. Andy works as the motorsport insurance manager (www.insuremotorsport.com) with The Davis Group. He has known Kevin since he was born.

| Nick Reynolds |
Nick used to be the team’s quickest driver. He now appears on a part-time basis in the longer races. He has raced with Jemco in the last three Britcar 24 hour events.
Nick has raced since 1994 in various saloon car championships, winning in Mini Miglia’s in ’94 and Super Coupe Cup in ’99. Nick is a Director of Midway Garage, clients of The Davis Group, and is chief hammer-wielder.

| Frank Pettitt |
Frank is co-director of Midway Garage and is the team’s Chief Mechanic. He has previously looked after Lionel Abbott’s Saab in the Production Car Championship, and Nick Reynolds in the Super Coupe Cup.
Frank is married and lives in Bury St Edmunds, but works in Newmarket adjacent to The Davis Group offices – where he also is a client.

| Paul Brown |
Paul Brown is our team 'oddjob' - no task too small - sourcing our tyres and fuel and generally throwing himself into any job that needs doing over a race weekend. Paul is a Technical Underwriting Manager at The Davis Group and is responsible for underwriting the new MotorsportRiSK insurance product.

| Carey Lewis |
Carey, also a Director of Midway Garage, assists Frank with technical issues, when Nick’s hammer fails to work! Carey is also our bodywork expert and, hopefully, won’t be too busy this year.
Carey races in the Tin Tops series, although he has moved on from his beloved Alfa Romeo to a Rover 216.
